Very true, yet a lot of those northeast of Baltimore folks use the FSK to travel down to 695 then to Rt. 97 or Rt. 2 to 50 and then on over to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
The thought is instead of dealing with double the traffic now in Baltimore, the northeast Baltimore folks will just take 95 up to Wilmington and then head down 113. Will it happen? Possibly but who knows. Beach traffic is chaotic any way you slice it......
