Rumor- "samuel Said To Be A "done Deal""

On ESPN someone was saying that the top 3 teams for Samuel where the Jets, Browns, Saints. He thought he would be playing for one of those teams. I think I got the other two teams right. I do know Tampa was not mentioned and surprised about the other two.
