Rumor- "samuel Said To Be A "done Deal""
Not that I don't think having him on our team would be an upgrade, but wouldn't it be nice if we could find the same success with a player from a small school who didn't have a high draft pick status coming into the league? I sure wish we could have something like what happened with Evans happen with Usama. BTW... Eli hoisted that Lombardi Trophy thanks, in part, to a huge gift from Assante.
Samuel attended the University of Central Florida, and finished his career with 127 tackles (102 solo, 25 assisted), 8 interceptions, and a school-record 38 passes deflected (the previous record was 34 deflections). Samuel also returned 63 punts for 673 yards, for an average of 10.7 yards per return[2]. He majored in Business.
