I’m inclined to think the Saints would ideally like to leave this draft w/ Bowers

Bowers may turn out to be a fine TE in the NFL, but I feel he would have been a "luxury pick" we can't afford at this point with our offensive line in the shape it is in right now......

If the Saints had Bowers rated similarly or even in the ballpark to Fuaga BPA wise, to me it's a no brainer.....

I confess I believe that OL is in a very general sense more important than WR/TE/RB (so-called skill player positions) because you can have good players at all those positions but if the QB doesn't have time to throw.....moot.....

Also, so many of those players you can quality later in the draft, even UDFA's......one can argue the inverse but it just seems that way to me.....
