we adopted a couple kittens about 10 years ago. they were from the same litter. One was Calico and one was all Orange. The Calico was female and the Orange was male. before that, i did not know that almost all Calico were female and almost all Orange cats were male.

As soon as I actually meet a male calico cat, I promise I will stop assuming, and saying, that all calico cats are female.

I wouldn't have known about her if I hadn't married a poet who knows her.

I have news about the barn kitten, she ate lots of food here for about a week, and then moved on. Maybe she will come back.
