How will Saints spend their $30 million?

The NFL free-agent floodgates opened early this morning. The New Orleans Saints hold somewhere around $30 million to play with if they choose to shop.

Now will they spend it wisely? That's the question.

With little movement on the Saints front Thursday, it leaves a team with plenty of holes leading up to the league's annual auction.

The free agent shopping cart opened up early for the Saints as they re-signed guard Jamar Nesbit, center Jonathan Goodwin, wide receiver Terrance Copper and kicker Martin Gramatica. The Saints also cut ties with kicker Olindo Mare. Full Story - Sun-Herald
