I didn't like Morgan's backstory, too contrived. I don't know if Filoni painted himself into a corner with it or what happened, but it could have been better. Bariss or Lyn would be interesting as would some other characters in the Empire. This basically turned into a Jedi story and not an Empire story. Give me Thrawn's backstory, or any other major Imperial figure. We've already had the Tales of the Jedi, give me more Empire.
