Trevor Penning will work at LT and RT during OTAs (OTA update: Penning moved to RT)

Clearly we don't have a definitive answer at LT, and because that's not definitive, neither is RT. I think we all know the possible permutations.

I think step 1 is to understand whether Fuaga is a viable option at LT. They are starting that assessment in rookie sessions. If that's a yes, then he gets thrown into the mix there.

The step 2 is to see what Penning looks like (in the new scheme, to the new coaches). That assessment of Penning (starting in OTA's) will determine whether the approach is to A) leave Penning at LT and allow Fuaga to focus on RT B) make it more of an open competition at LT with either Penning or Fuaga potentially being thrown in competition at RT or C) Move Penning to RT to compete there, and cross train at LT, and leave Fuaga at LT.

We won't really know until OTA's how this will go.
