I think it’s entirely possible we haven’t seen his real ability because of a combination of learning curve struggles and two foot injuries that have set him back. Getting/staying healthy is the first step that will then allow him to hopefully improve with good coaching.
Penning is one of the most athletic tackles in history....Literally 5th and has an elite 3 cone. His feet are quick.
