ESPN, Fox, and Warner Bros. form "Venu" Sports Streaming service

I think this is incorrect. You'd also get the 12pm and 3pm games that are on Fox too. Since Fox broadcast NFC games, that could be advantageous to fans in those markets. And as stated, you'd get the MNF games, too. You would not get the CBS or NBC games.
We'll see.

But the Fox spokesman ONLY mentioned Fox sports. And as Fox is actually a full bodied network otherwise, why would they carry sitcoms, dramas, movies, etc. on this new conglomerate?

Then think about local stations. Do you think they would give up their income from broadcasting the local NFL team? Big ad value. Sure, they would still get some income but their share would drop which automatically slices their ad revenue.

So, no, I don't see that happening. It will be just a very few games, probably only MNF and maybe a playoff game and perhaps Fox's nationally televised games

And, don't forget - broadcasting local games on Venu will cut into the NFL's own Sunday Ticket value.

Edit:
Even now, the network streamers (Peacock, Paramount) only show a couple of games per week. Venu isn't going to be able to neutralize all of the painstakingly setup broadcasting that exists.
