In my opinion... They should demo that arena and start over again. Wasting money to renovate the worst arena in the league and STILL be the worst is a foundational issue. But I digress on that.

Construction projects in NOLA tend to take way longer than projected. You’d likely be looking at 8-10 years from demo to replacement.
