I heard that on the podcast and I was weirded out by that statement. Why would an offensive coach tell him what defensive plays will be run? Defeat the purpose of understanding and making adjustments on the fly. Pretty much what a NFL quarterback has to do. This was like giving the answers to an exam in highschool and expect those same questions will be on a national exams.

I have no idea why they would do that but this is why I called BS on a lot of the praise that people was trying to dump on Haener during those pre-season games. I felt a lot of it was tied to the manufactured narratives the media was putting out all through training camp but when you look at the games, it's no way we could be seeing the same thing..lol. But I also said that with all the hype about Rattler, we are missing that Haener might benefit just as much or more., from a change in offense.
