So you don’t acknowledge that crime had dropped precipitously well before the cowboys arrived
And the cynicism you allude to is actually common sense
Almost every time there is a force buildup, an increase in crime usually returns after the initial ‘show of force’ phase
And that cop money is almost always better spent on youth involvement vs the punishment end
It still stuns me that some of y’all can see the incarceration levels of this state and then argue for more cops - THAT is cynical
And it bears stating that BR and other La city/towns have a similar crime % and yet this is where the dog and pony show performs??
