I noticed that in college they don't waste any time at all to review a play if it is even remotely close. Why don't they do that in the NFL? It only takes a few seconds, especially when the call can change the outcome of a game. I thought that's why they put it in. Maybe they need to tweak the replay rules and let a coach challenge a call even if its inside 2 minutes that way you don't have to rely on the refs stopping play to review it.
