Shot taken were like, he gets rattled too easy. He leaves plays on the field. Drews aggression per play would rank 95%. Where Carrs would rank 50%. And there's your difference. Carrs emotional state becomes a weakness. How do you lift up a player that slumps emotionally? EZ, hire someone like John Gruden (no im not saying we should, its too late anyway) A guy like Gruden, (superioir mans man motivator/ Qb whisperer) was able to keep Carrs head in the game and confident.
