About your chest freezer, I used to have one and all I did was lose stuff at the bottom. Being short makes the experience more like dumpster diving, I don't know how your kids reach in there, unless it's a team effort lol

Same here- would "forget" because of all the stuff piled on top.

So i had purchased during Covid and have since realized WE DONT EAT ENOUGH to keep 2 fridge freezers AND a chest FREEZER full .

So that chest freezer is now, icee pushups, Flavo ICE sticks, and whatever other sugary frozen confection the kids want. (might be a bag or 3 of chicken nuggets )

but no more meats, seafood etc. too wastefull.
