If nothing happens before training camp opens that will give us an idea of what the team is thinking at this point because Latt possibly getting hurt in training camp would certainly diminish the odds of him being traded.

I agree that I'd rather have a healthy Latt in 2024 than a future pick, but if the Saints could get a player at another position of equal value that's a different story.

The Saints won't be able to afford both Lattimore and Adebo in 2025. If they don't move one of them at some point this year, then the Saints will most likely lose one of them next year.

Everyone has a price, just if someone makes the call and offer which I don’t see happening until a top tier team has a CB blow a knee in training camp

At this point it appears that the Saints will enter training camp with Lattimore in their plans for 2024. That could all change at some point during the season should another team come calling with an offer the Saints find to be in the teams best interest for the future.
