The thing is that they charge a large fee per attorney to be able to electronically file in most Parishes so some firms have a number minimum of lawyers who that pay for to e-file and some firms won't pay for it. So, they keep using fax machines at times.
i totally forgot, we don't even have e-file, so the faxes make sense. also, fork public record requests. i understand a lot of them are needed for due diligence, but for fork's sake, some of them are beyond stupid.
