Saints Training Camp Updates, Day 2, July 25th

Actually Khalen, Magnesium works better for cramps. I was getting cramps almost every night for years even though I was knocking down bananas like a starved monkey in the Amazon... Then a Dr. told me to take magnesium supplements instead. I did, and the cramps stopped right away.

I’ve gotten mixed messages over the course of my life on this. High school HC coach used to tell us to eat bananas the day before games, college coach told us to eat one 3-4 days a week but NEVER the night before games. And here is Khalen saying to do it every day and now you saying it doesn’t work. 😂
