Saints Training Camp Updates, Day 2, July 25th

Actually Khalen, Magnesium works better for cramps. I was getting cramps almost every night for years even though I was knocking down bananas like a starved monkey in the Amazon... Then a Dr. told me to take magnesium supplements instead. I did, and the cramps stopped right away.
Interesting. It was sodium for me. I had always heard potassium, so I ate bananas and potatoes and it got worse.

So I went the other way and started eating more salt. Pickles, straight salt, etc. Cured it quickly. I guess it’s actually sodium/potassium balance that is more important than either individually, and I wasn’t getting enough sodium.
