Saints Training Camp Updates, Day 2, July 25th

This, I know a few wellness doctors and Potassium/Sodium balance each other out. A deficiency in one or the other throws things off. Magnesium is a part of the triad but most people have an issue with the former two because diets tend to be excessive in salt or lacking in potassium and sometimes vice versa because doctors tell you, you have high BP so watch salt. People tend to over correct and stop eating salt and load up on potassium
If I don’t get enough sodium, I get brutal cramps mostly in my calves. Most of the electrolyte drinks are super light on sodium.
