Spencer is the QB2, he's going to look better in games... he has legit 1st round talent... and the only thing that will stop him from possibly being the QB of the future here is Carr becoming Brees, Injury, or something in his head.

Had a conversation with a South Carolina alum that went to most of their games and diehard Falcons fan last week. He told me point blank there is no way Rattler will be kept off the field for long, or at a minimal, shine and be our backup since Carr is the one getting paid. He even said we got the better rookie QB between him and Penix. He says Rattler was just in an awful situation with an awful OL, and it has led to his abilities being WAY underrated.

This guy was no talent scout mind you, but it just kind of reinforced some of the things we have heard about him from actual experts.
