Pros and Cons after the 49ers game.

Pros: the Taysom Hill in the Kyle Juszczyk role seems to be a positive. Chase Young looked promising. Cons: This offense needs all the playmakers it can get. The offensive line looks better in a run first to disguise we are going to struggle to pass block against good pass rushers. It looked like most of the top 49er defenders were out (Warner and Bosa?)

We are going to be Dennis Allen's team. Play defense and run the ball. We have to be able to use our backs and tight ends. We are going to have to keep games low scoring and win 24 to 17 or 17 to 14 a lot to have a chance.

That third drive was great, but a major factor is that practically none of the 49ers projected defensive starters played. None of the starting DL or DB's played. One of their projected starting LB's got extended work, but he's a starter at SLB and will likely not see the field too much.

We looked way better than we did last week against backups, so it's a step in the right direction.
