Derek Carr stayed and made sure everyone got an autograph at yesterday’s open practice

Was not a Carr fan when he was a Raider and was very “me” when we signed him but optimistic. His first year here I wasn’t impressed but seems there was a lot more going on. I hope he does well here. We need a good QB badly.

It was shaky at first. He was borderline great the last 10 weeks. I’ll take that Carr for the entire season, hopefully we get that.
