So the founder of Telegram was detained yesterday in France for aiding and abeting multiple offenses (drug trafficking, porn etc ).

Russian mil bloggers started to go nuts because apparently Telegram was being used as a PRIMARY METHOD of communications among RuAF. ( UAF uses signal when the comms are down or unavailable).
