Has Tipton done enough to make the roster, or can they sneak him thru waivers to the PS?

I think he not only makes the roster, but will be a big contributor. Especially since Means had the drops bad yesterday. Means to the PS.

I mean, Tipton hasn't even set foot on the field against another team. I'm not sure how you make the 53 based on two good weeks in camp and nothing else.
