DT John Ridgeway III and a 7th round pick traded to the Saints for a 6th round pick

Ridgeway was drafted in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys where he joined current Washington coaches Dan Quinn and Joe Whitt Jr.

Washington claimed Ridgeway after the Cowboys waived him. He's since appeared in 32 games.

Looks like quality depth to me.
