So for those that don’t know - Alvin is part owner in a construction company. He built this as his “ primary”. Lived in 2 years - to avoid capital gains. His plan was always to sell it and cash out after 2 years when he built it. He has a wharehouse district spot that he lived in before and will again after I’m sure. Nothing to do with football !!
