Again, the officer never asked for his license/other docs and never explained the reason for the stop. They went full-on aggression from the the 1st words towards that citizen.

There was excessive force, but Tyreke can't say he didn't know what he did wrong when the cop told him several times to put the window down before asking him to get out of the car (which he did several times). As a black man with those dark tinted windows, he's lucky they didn't bust those windows or worse.
If he was my son, I would have slapped the sheet out of him for disobeying everything I taught him about interactions with a cop (windows down, hands on the forking steering wheel).
