Deputies were called to Everything Birds in the Oldsmar Flea Market at 180 Racetrack Road just before 10 a.m. after a woman allegedly stole an exotic baby bird.
Surveillance video showed the woman, Grissel Flores Nistal, 54, browsing the baby bird section before reaching into the petter, removing the Black Headed Caique from its container, and placing it in her large purse before leaving the store.…..
