I've dealt with hispanic officers before and some one of the ones that i've encountered have been very provoking.

I don't see where TH deserved to be treated like he did, nor the others. Unfortunately nothing will come out of this, but some adjustments are needed.

Quick to judgement? Hill immediately started in on the officer. Then rolls his window up to be a bigger problem. Just another dope who thinks he’s above the rules because he catches a football.
