Originally the plan I thought for Penix was because of Cousins. If that makes sense, between the possibility of not playing or not playing because of injury. But if Penix is a project and doesnt pan out, then its wasted pick. Might be why they forced to start Cousins or had to start Cousins because they paying him 100m.
