Tyreek Hill arrested for traffic violation near the stadium in Miami (Hill played)

Yep I agree with that. And again I recognize the black experience is different than mine. But at the end of the day resisting guarantees a bad out come. Compliance gives you a better than average good chance at a good out come. I DO believe the vast majority of cops are not racist but the others create that mistrust.
It's not all about being racists. It's about abusing an extraordinary power granted to them. It's about knowing the law and abiding by the oath they swore. It's about lying to the citizenry to trick them into giving up their rights. It's about simply being truthful with the public. Hill gave his license and registration. The cop gave an unlawful command to roll down his window. The cop violated his 4th amendment by opening his car door and dragging him out the car. The cop was unprofessional in manner in which he cursed at Hill. Most police actually know that law but some of them use intimidation to force people to give up their rights.

I got pulled over for speeding. My wife was with me. I give me license and registration and then he asks my wife for hers. He gets mad because I told her not to give him her ID because he had no right under the law to ask for it. He retaliated by keeping us there for 25 minutes for a speeding ticket for going 4 miles over. THAT type of crap is what give cops a bad rep. It might not seem like a big deal but to the people defending cops, you tell me which of your rights would you be willing to surrender.
