This organization did a great job of recognizing offensive trends and complimenting the talent acquired with the coaching that could exploit it.

DA is a modern defensive coach who found a modern offensive coach to compliment what he's trying to do or recreate.
That’s why, despite his bland record, I was one to not jump on the “Hate DA” bandwagon.

He’s not been sitting idle. He’s been trying to make changes within the organization to address areas of need. If it’s still not successful, then that’s on him - but for now, he’s doing what head coaches are supposed to do.
