What made me a little optimistic in DA’s ability to right the ship is he did keep trying to address obvious problem areas on the team. A lot of truly bad HCs will never try to make adjustments or make dramatic changes. He was willing to make big coaching changes on both sides of the ball. He’s also not a meddler. He lets Kubiak run the offense. He doesn’t seem to have a massive ego that crippled his leadership ability.
