Whats something you’ve noticed about this new offense?

The plays that don’t gain a lot of yards don’t look hopeless and doomed - they just look like the defense won a rep. Three yards on the first view of a play will be thirteen the next time Kubiak calls it, and there will be no difference other than maybe he called it from the opposite hash.
