CJ Gardner-Johnson ragging on Saints/Carr [Merged]

Has he ever been fined for the little mouth guard stunt he pulls? I'm guessing not, because he keeps doing it. Isn't that messing with player's equipment? I can see how the refs would miss it, but if it's there on tape.....
