Vet G/C Shane Lemieux signed to active roster, Erik McCoy placed on IR

I'm thinking Lemieux's elevation is primarily to be the backup center. I would expect the starting guards to be some combination of Young/Saldeveri/Udoh (assuming Ruiz can't go).
