Pass Interference Penalties

When we received the ball with 2 seconds left I wondered why we didn’t kneel it. I think the chances of having a PI on a deep pass/Hail Mary is probably a higher percentage than a miracle return. I figured if that happens we at least have a shot at a FG on an untimed down.
