Hot Takes Welcome

Hot Take:

We are a loser franchise. From the top down. We had one great season where we won it all. Literally every other season has ended in abject disappointment. Even the 2006 team that got us to the NFCCG, only to allow one of the worst QBs I have ever seen on a winning team to CONTINUOUSLY find and abuse Fred Thomas on defense to win the game. We can't stay healthy, our coaches make some of the dumbest decisions you've ever seen, our players are undisciplined and make stupid decisions in crucial times, and the officials are often set against us.

Regular season winning means nothing if you crap the bed in the playoffs; which is what we do more times than not. When everything is on the line, you can count on the Saints to disappoint you, year in and year out. Now, we may not even make the post-season to crap the bed because we are crapping the bed in the regular season, in typical Saints culture fashion by failing.

If there is a probability-busting way to lose, we WILL find it. We are losers and it permeates the culture here. How many times have you seen us lose a game that we should have won, with the lead under 2 minutes? I'd wager we are on the far end of that bell curve and not in a good way. Again, we are losers. And it sucks.

EVERY SINGLE TIME THE MEDIA JUMPS ON OUR BANDWAGON we disappoint the media, the fans, and the team. We don't know how to win consistently because as soon as we do, we either come out flat or come out and get injured.
One less Brett Favre brainfart from being the most cursed team in sports. Along with the Mariners.
