2024 Tropical Weather Thread

My family member just contacted me on Facebook messenger. Theyre alive,but landlocked in the Brood river area. supposed to be having supplies brought in. We lived in abita for the May 95 floods and she reported it was 100 times worse than that. Helicopters everywhere. I havnt slept more than a couple of hours for 3 days now.
