I mean, after seeing the full shot of the play, there really was nothing that Carr could do.
But, Olave was out their with an injured hamstring making plays. He even ran all the way across the field there to even get close to #44 near the endzone. It wasn't much of an effort to tackle, but it took a lot of effort to even get there and he's clearly not a good tackler and #44 probably has 60 Lbs. on him. I don't think he was taking him down or pushing him out of bounds anyway. And it looked like what he tried to do was knock the ball out.
There were lots of other guys just standing around not giving as much effort as Olave gave to try to run the guy down.
