Raiders HC Antonio Pierce liked IG post saying Davante Adams played his last down in Vegas

Underhill and his guys speculated after the Dallas game about who would be good trade targets. Adams name, of course, came up.

The consensus was that if we got close to the trade deadline, had a good record and this could be "the year", you go all in and trade for him.

Our record isn't where it needs to be but I think he'd be a huge difference maker on offense. This is likely our last year with aging defensive stars, and the clock ticking on AK and Taysom.

I say screw it and figure out a way to make it happen. We badly need another reliable receiving option. Derek and Davante have great history...go all in.
He'd be an excellent #2 to Olave. Would move Shaheed to more of a #3 role and give Carr a bigger longer target.

Think of it this way, there were a couple throws on Sunday to both Olave and Shaheed that if they were maybe 6'2 with 33inch arms they'd potentially have gotten to. Football is a game of inches, and the Saints could use a few at WR. Was hoping that would be Juwan, and maybe he can carve out a role as the season progresses but I don't think it'll be at the high level we need right now.
