Why are NFL Offenses struggling so bad?

Lots of things. High level QB play is where it starts IMO. I do think a major factor is what College systems ask them to do, and the college defenses they face…. Opposed to what the NFL requires of them and how incredibly fast NFL defenses are in comparison. The leadership and learning curve is pretty steep when they transition to the Pros. Great QB play is the one constant equalizer when it comes to consistent success on offense. You see what happens to teams when they lose one. Nearly all other aspects of the team mean very little. The great ones typically find a way to win even when the other parts of the team are not their best or even unavailable.
