We’ve wasted second rounders on much worse than a one or two year rental for an elite WR. Right now is the time to take a risk with the Super Bowl being in NOLA.
This team isn't Davante Adams away from the Super Bowl. The pass rush and OL aren't good enough.
If they can get Adams for a good price fine, make the deal. But they shouldn't mortgage the future for a 32 year-old WR when they refuse to pay their 29 year-old RB or extend his contract. If they are going to mortgage the future to pay an older player, I'd rather give that money to Kamara over Adams, And, an Adams deal likely means they won't pay Kamara. So, that's the likely trade off.
