Jets have a 40 (soon 41) year old Rodgers, who has already been playing sore/injured this year. The offense is not very creative, and the defense is not that great either.

Saints have a 33 yo Carr, who he's already played more recently with, and put up 1500+ yards and 14 TDs in their only season together. The NO offensive scheme is one of the best in the NFL, and the defense is dominant.

Now the Raiders would obviously do whats in their best interests.... hopefully NO offers a better draft pick package to get the deal done.

The Jets have $88 million in cap space next season and the Saints have -$81 million in cap space next season. They can simply decide that he is worth the money to keep or restructure and there is simply no way we could do that.
