lets not glaze over the fact that Carr seemed terrified for the first quarter. Maybe his fault, but its clear that they had no offensive confidence heading into the game. It was razor thin and the D knew it. Because that pick told the Defense, "we got nothing, its all on you" Sadly, that's the message but the message was a lie that they believed. A lie? Yea, because we were able to battle back and make sort of a game of it.
