Since San Diego has been so cloudy/foggyevery day and night, the conspiracy theories are being touted and someone said that they government was cloud seeding causing the fog. I was like WTH is that? and they are also saying they are using it to control the hurricanes to hit certain areas.. those people are crazy and will literally believe anything . has the govt experimented with weather related stuff? of course.. but these wackos are really pushing the crazy right now..
