I do not think money has anything to do with it, if Carr was stinking up the joint and Rattler comes in and all of a sudden the offense is moving I do think they would put Carr back in, but for all intents and purposes Carr has not been the problem, so his job should not be in jeopardy once he is healed up.
The only exception that I can see where money may not have anything to do with it could be the Cleveland Browns. They are keeping Watson in there because they are paying him a stupid amount of money. And he quit on the team on TV!!
He may get yanked in the next two to three weeks if he continues to stink it up.
Back here, Rattler, in my opinion, would have to play lights out for him to take the starting job. A team doesn't shell out that much money to have a guy sit.
