Filled w/ teachable moments and confirms he’s a see it throw it QB. Jay Cutler ish, his field vision reminds me of the thin Madden QB cone. He def missed some wide open guys.

I stand by my assessment that he absolutely needs a go to receiver. He’s not really a Point Guard distributor type QB. He plays some hero ball too under pressure and tries to make plays himself. Not in the same manner as Winston, but he gets out of the structure of the offense and tries to escape pocket.

I hate that he doesn’t step up into the pocket, instead preferring to bounce backwards and then escape to the outside. He’s not going to beat many NFL ends to edge.

He’s phone both quick but not fast athletically. Needs someone he can trust to make big plays. Needs a prime ocho cinco type to work w/.
